Sports club is OPEN every day 6 AM to 11 PM and water center 6 AM to 10 PM.


Spinning is an athletic group training programme on exercise bikes, whic is carried out along with the music and leaded by a coach.

Spinning is suitable for all men and women, who like cycling, it is for beginners and advanced.


Work-outs are 45 and 50 minutes long.

To keep an overall shape this is a great opportunity for cycling enthusiasts to prepare yourself during Estonia`s cold winter for summer training sessions.Different riding techniques are used. Interval training develops aerobic and rapid resistance and also muscle strength.

Spinning gives you a very good physical strain. During the training, mostly buttocks, thighs and legs work. In addition, you get a strain on the abdomen and back muscles that help you to keep the right riding position.The training ends with recovery and stretching.
