Privacy Policy of NPO Reval Sport sports club

 Personal data controller

Helen Partasjuk-Sootla meets the role of the controller of personal data, in charge of processing a sports club for personal data. The Personal Data Manager is required to ensure that the sports club processes data in accordance with applicable laws.

What personal data are collected about you as a member of the club and why?

This section describes the objectives of the processing of personal data, the categories of personal data processed and the legal basis on which your profile as a sports club member is processed..

1) Processing orders / purchases

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Identification and age verification.

• Payment management (including analysis of payment solutions offered).

• Address verification from external sources (e.g. SPAR).

• Manage refunds, complaints, and warranty issues.

The categories of personal data processed are as follows:

• Name

• Contact information (e.g. address, email address, phone number).

• Payment information (e.g. transaction reference, transaction date, More card number).

• Personal identification code.

• Client code.

• Payment History.

• Order information, i.e., which item was ordered or should it be delivered to another address.

Legal basis:

Fulfillment of purchase contract.

2) Managing your user account

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

Membership of an annual membership contract. Processing of the data is necessary in order to fulfill our obligations under the Loyalty Program Membership Agreement.

Membership on a monthly basis or for unregistered clients: a legitimate interest.

For newsletter and website visitors: a legitimate interest.

Processing the data is necessary to meet your and our interests in marketing products and services.

4) The ability to organize competitions and events and manage their participation

Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

• Communicating with contributors.

• Communicate with and before the event (e.g., confirmation of notices, questions or ratings).

• Identification and age verification.

• Choosing winners and awarding prizes.

Sharing and communicating personal data

If necessary, personal data may be transferred for processing to other companies with which the sports club cooperates, for example, marketing (printing and broadcasting agencies, media agencies, etc.), distribution and transportation, payment solutions and IT services. If your personal information is decided to be shared with the sports club partners, these data will be processed according to the instructions of the sports club and on behalf of the sports club, and only for those purposes that are in accordance with the goals of the data collection of the sports club.

In addition, a sports club may also be legally obliged to submit data to public authorities (eg police and tax authorities). A sports club can also transfer personal information to payment solution companies (eg payment service providers and banks). In such cases, the partners process the received data as independent personal data managers in accordance with their privacy policies and guidelines.

 

Personal data storage

The processing of data is in line with legal requirements, i.e. the personal data will not be stored longer than necessary for processing. In practice, this means that the data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for analysis, direct marketing, or other purposes for which they were collected, more or no longer relevant. As part of our marketing efforts, we do not use any transaction information that is more than 3 years old. Personal data is always subject to high security and confidentiality requirements.
