The monthly card gives you the opportunity to visit all group trainings, gym and spa unlimited times. The primary coach’s advice is free. A 1 year agreement will be concluded. It is possible to take a 1 month vacation. A one-to-four-year-old child can be carried with this package, participating in babies and toddlers trainings . Parking is free for the duration of the training.
Agreement terms:
- General
The sports club allows its members (hereinafter a member) to use a sports facility located at Aia 20 / Väike Rannavärava 4 under the conditions provided for in this Agreement.
The parties also follow the rules of the NPO, the internal rules of the sports club and the membership fee rates established by the sports club in the performance of this agreement (sports club website www.revalsport.ee.)
- Rights and obligations of the parties
2.1. A sports club allows a member of the club to use a sports facility in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement, provided that the member of the sports club has paid the membership fee on time.
2.2. A sports club member undertakes to submit a membership card that is personal when entering a sports club.
2.3. The membership card for a sports club is valid only for the person indicated on this card. The rights of a sports club member can not be surrendered without the consent of the sports club.
2.4. The use of a sports facility shall be in accordance with internal rules and membership fee rates.
2.5. If the use of a particular service requires prior registration, a member of the sports club is required to register in due time.
2.6. The use of a sports facility by a member of a sports club is organized by the administration, which provides the sports club member with information, if necessary, and observes compliance with the internal rules.
2.7. The sports club administrator has the right to ask a member of the sports club for an identity document to determine whether the membership card belongs to a person who has entered into a agreement with this sports club.
2.8. In a sports club, a member of the sports club can leave the outerwear locked in the closet. The sports club will not be liable for the value added to the wardrobe.
2.9. The sports club has the right to make changes to the group training schedule.
2.10. The sports club has the right to display the club member’s photo on the sports club’s computer.
2.11. A sports club member has the opportunity to deposit free-of-charge valuables to the sports club’s administrator.
2.12. A member of the sports club is obligated to take pride in the club’s property, to maintain proper training equipment, in the dressing room according to the rules of the internal rules.
2.13. A sports club member is required to put the training equipment in place for this purpose (dumbbells and disks for gyms, training sessions for group exercises for the places provided).
2.14. The sports club is entitled to unilaterally terminate the agreement if the sports club member does not comply with clause 2.13 of the agreement.
2.15. A sports club member who has a valid club membership card is entitled to use the sports club car park for parking only during the training period and in the presence of vacant parking spaces.
2.16. A sports club is not required to provide a parking space for a member of the vehicle.
2.17. A club member is not required to pay for a parked exercise equipment during the training.
2.18. A sports club member who is unable to park his own car in the courtyard in the absence of a parking space can park it at preferential parking lot for the Small Gulf of Riga (as long as it is allowed by the car park’s parking lot)
2.19. The club is not responsible for the health of the club member and is not liable for injuries while the club member is in the club’s territory.
- Payment of subscription
3.1. A member of the sports club will pay a membership fee before using the sports facility. The prerequisite for using a sports facility is a membership fee paid by a member of the sports club and paid to the sports club.
3.2. Club membership fee is established for one year (annual fee) and membership fee can be paid in the form of periodic payments during the year. A sports club member has the option to enter a membership fee for a periodic payment with a direct debit agreement with the bank or pay a periodic payment in cash to the sports club’s checkout.
3.3. An annual fee will not be refunded to the member and the annual fee paid as a periodic payment will also be paid if the member unilaterally terminates the rights and obligations of the hobby member 12 months after the conclusion of the agreement.
3.4. Direct Debit Agreement is a tripartite agreement between the Club, the Member and the Bank indicated by the Member. By direct debit agreement, member of the club orders the club to send invoices to the bank reflecting the payments under the agreement. In this regard, the member of the club undertakes to reserve a sufficient amount of money to make a payment on the current account by the payment day.
At the conclusion of the agreement, the first periodic payment will be paid in cash at the sports club’s cash desk.
3.6. The prices for the use of the sports facility are determined by the subscription fee list. Membership fees are in the administration and on the sports club’s website www.revalsport.ee.
3.7. The price is established for a member of the sports club who has signed the agreement for one year. The sports club has the right to make changes in the price list after one year of agreement, with the notice to the sports club member for one month in advance.
3.8. If a member of the Sports Club does not wish to enter into a rights and obligations agreement, he / she will pay it according to the price list valid at the time of payment.
3.9. A sports club has the right to collect a member’s annual membership fee through a collection company, and all the additonal expenses incurred by a member will be paid by a member.
3.10. The sports club has the right to claim interest on the late payment at the expense of 0.2% for each delayed day. At the same time sports club has the right to claim the interest through the company providing the collecting services . The Club’s invoice will be submitted for late payment.
3.11. A member has no right to terminate or change the direct debit agreement without termination of the Agreeement.
3.12. Failure to pay a membership fee on time will result in the suspension of club member`s membership card and it will be opened three working days after the payment of the membership fee has been transferred to the sports club bank account.
- Fullfillment of the agreement
4.1. The sports club expects a member of a sports club who has paid membership fees uses the sports facility during the paid membership period without any limitation (as stipulated in the internal rules), for which the sports club ensures the use of the sports facility during its opening hours. All services provided by the sports club that are specified in the agreement, marked with the package can be used. Group trainings times need to be booked in advance.
4.2. The Sports Club does not limit the number of visits to a sports club member and time spent in the club, unless this is due to the nature of the service.
4.3. If a member of the sports club wants to stop using the sports facility, he must inform the sports club as soon as possible.
4.4 The agreement can be suspended for 4 weeks. To this end, the member of the sports club shall submit a written application to the administration at any time on the month of the month of leave. During the suspension period, a member of the sports club is not entitled to use the services provided by the sports club.
5.Notifications
5.1. The parties shall inform each other of the essential facts of the performance of the agreement as soon as possible.
5.2. The notice for amendment or termination of the agreement must be submitted in a written reproduction form (written statement, e-mail, fax).
6.Early termination of the agreement
6.1. A sports club member may terminate this agreement by notifying the sports club 1 (one) month in advance
6.2 Upon termination of the agreement by a member of the sports club one month’s notice, he does not release him from the annual club membership fee, i.e. that the member must pay the full amount of the sports facilities used by him (EUR 57/30 days) for the full month when the member of the club has used the sports facilities service. A member has to pay a club membership fee per year according to the payment schedule, which is an integral part of the Agreement.
- Agreement deadline
7.1. The agreement is concluded for a period of one year. If a member of the sports club has not expressed an intention to terminate the agreement no later than one month before the term of the agreement expires, the agreement will be extended by one year.
