Reval-Sport has been expanded with a NEW lecture room with a kitchenette, where various workshops, practical lectures and training courses will be held regularly starting from the new season.
In addition, we help you organize various company events, seminars, and motivation days.
Our fully equipped seminar room can accommodate up to 25 people and is ideal for organizing seminars, trainings, motivation days and other similar company events. The rental price includes all necessary equipment: flipchart and markers, video projector, WiFi. For an additional fee, copying and printing of materials is also possible.

Workshop “Breakfasts”
A practical healthy eating workshop where the basics of a balanced and varied diet are introduced and then 4-5 different recipes are prepared together. All prepared dishes can be tasted together.
Practical lecture “Personal calorie intake and nutrition plan”
A practical lecture that, under the guidance of a trainer, will help you calculate your personal daily calorie intake with a breakdown of macronutrients. The trainer will also explain the basics of a healthy diet in more detail and help you put together a sample menu for one day.
Joint group training
The range of training styles ranges from mind-body training to strength and dance classes. Relaxation at the water park
In the versatile Reval water park you will find 9 different pools, a relaxation area with hydromassage and whirlpools, and 6 different saunas.
