Anthropometric testing e. during the body measurement, we take nearly 30 measurements from your body - weight and height, proportions and circumferences of body parts, bone thickness, fat deposits, pulse, etc.
We enter the obtained data into a computer program that takes into account the age of the organism and the phases of the menstrual-ovulatory cycle and outputs the proportions of the ideal shaping body corresponding to your particularities.
We set this theoretical model as our goal, and our personal trainers are already preparing individual training plans to get there.
