Small group personal training is suitable for people who want to achieve their goals by training with their peers. Groups consist of 6 people and joint training takes place twice a week.

Small group personal training is suitable for people who want to achieve their goals by training with their peers. Groups consist of 6 people and joint training takes place 2 times a week. The small number of participants allows the trainer to monitor the development and progress of each participant and to take personal goals and current form into account when creating a plan and exercises. Training in a group is more motivating thanks to the support of peers and more effective and safer thanks to a personal trainer.

Small group personal training focuses on developing physical endurance, improving strength, and harmony between body and mind.

Coach Elen Kaldma's groups in 2026:

Group 1: Tue and Thu at 3:30/4:00 PM (you can join immediately)

Training 1x a week €39 /month
Training 2x a week €69 /month

Group 2: Mon and Thu at 7:00 PM (starts when full)

Training 1x a week €49 /month
Training 2x a week €89 /month

*Groups start when there are at least 4 people interested.
