The Jawon ioi 353 body analyzer allows you to measure your body's basic information (weight, height, basic metabolism, daily energy requirement, etc.) and specific indicators (muscle mass, fat%, biological age, etc.).
The results are 99% accurate and the recommended performance indicators are in agreement with the WHO (World Health Organization).

Before measuring:
  • The last meal must have passed before the measurement 3-4 hours
  • Do not consume coffee, energy drinks or other diuretic drinks/foods 4 hours before measuring
  • Drink about 2 glasses of water 2 hours before measuring
  • At the very least, avoid exercise, sauna or other activities that cause excessive sweating 4 hours  before measuring
  • At least avoid alcohol consumption 24 hours before measuring
