Water aerobics

During water aerobics, you actively do exercises in the pool to the accompaniment of music. The training provides a good general physical load and a great feeling. You can choose between different training plans.

What does Water Aerobics include?

Water aerobics is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and physical fitness.

Training takes place in a 25-meter pool with a depth of 1.2-1.4 m.

  • Depending on the chosen workout, the duration is 30-45 minutes;
  • When moving in the pool, the body is affected by water resistance, which means that the muscles receive the necessary training load;
  • Water exercise is suitable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. Due to its gentle nature, water aerobics is suitable for all ages, overweight people, pregnant women, and those with joint problems;
  • Water aerobics improves heart function, increases muscle tone, and reduces body fat. In addition, the exercise helps improve flexibility and coordination, and makes you feel great.

You can choose between different water aerobics training plans:

AquaBox

A 45-minute workout that combines water aerobics exercises and martial arts (kicks, punches, stances, etc.).

  • The class begins with a warm-up.
  • In the main part of the class, various strokes are taught and step combinations are built.
  • The workout ends with strength exercises, focusing more on the abdominal muscles. The class is intense and very emotional.

AquaMix

A 45-minute effective workout that combines different styles of water aerobics. A variety of equipment is used. The class is very varied, focusing on increasing muscle tone throughout the body.

  • The class begins with an energizing warm-up.
  • In the main part of the class, we build up lively step combinations that develop endurance and strength. In the strength exercises, we train all large and small muscle groups using various great tools.
  • The class ends with some nice stretching exercises and pleasant relaxation. Everyone will leave feeling good.

AquaTone

45-minute workout. Effective muscle training with tools that help you gain greater water resistance.

  • The class consists of simple exercises and many repetitions to get a feel for the muscles being trained.
  • The class uses special equipment that is attached to both the arms and legs. Thanks to the equipment, greater water resistance is achieved.
  • The work is done both aerobically and anaerobically, using different intervals and repetitions.

AquaPilates

A 30-minute, full-body class based on the principles of Pilates and physiotherapy, the goal of which is to strengthen core muscles, stabilize the spine, and increase joint mobility.

  • The exercises are performed at a relaxed pace to achieve better control over the precision and smoothness of the movements.
  • The training begins with simpler warm-up exercises, moving on to more difficult functional exercises, which also use various aids (e.g. noodles, swim boards, etc.).
  • Because in the aquatic environment, everyone can adjust their own training load, AquaPilates is suitable for both beginners and advanced Pilates enthusiasts.
