LES MILLS DANCE is an energetic dance workout inspired by a variety of popular dance styles. This 45-minute workout features 10 separate songs, choreographed by dancers. Each workout includes innovative dance moves that are easy to follow and accessible to everyone. LES MILLS DANCE is suitable for those who want to develop their dance movement as well as those who have already found their passion for dance!
Zumba training consists of choreographed dance and aerobic movements to Latin American rhythms. No previous dance experience is required to participate. All dance steps are structured so that every participant, regardless of gender or age, can dance along without feeling embarrassed.
Zumba's fast rhythms burn a decent amount of calories, improve your sense of rhythm, develop coordination, movement, posture and balance, and overall endurance.
