Strength training for seniors

Strength training specifically aimed at the elderly. Our training focuses on improving health and quality of life. We use light weights and include exercises that support everyday life to develop mobility, balance and muscle strength. This is a great way to stay active and strong without excessive strain. Regardless of your current fitness level or previous training experience, our friendly and supportive sports club is the perfect place to take care of your health and enjoy exercise.

A maximum of 12 people will be accepted into the group to ensure a personal approach from the trainer.
