SkillStrength

SkillStrength training takes place in the Skill&Run studio using special TechnoGym treadmills and functional free weight training benches. The training is structured to provide a unique strength training that combines dynamic movement and functional strength exercises with dumbbells and a training bench. In SkillStrength training, all movements are aimed at developing strength and endurance. The Skill&Run treadmill is also used for the purpose of developing strength - hill walking, lunges, leg lifts and backstrokes, pushing a sled, etc. SkillStrength training is more than just strength training, suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers.

Butt&Core

Butt&Core45′ is an effective 45-minute muscular endurance workout aimed primarily at the entire midsection and buttocks, which helps to shape well-toned core and gluteal muscles. The workout is set to music, using a rubber band, free weights and a mat. The workout is suitable for everyone, because you choose the intensity! One plan lasts 2 months, so you can keep an eye on your own progress.

Motion Cage circuit training

Motion Cage is an effective and fun form of circuit training, where you can use countless different interesting exercises. The class trains the whole body through various interesting movements, which are often not possible in the gym or in group training. Compared to group training, Motion Cage has a more personal approach, as the trainer constantly monitors the technique and motivates you to work hard.

BodyPump

BODYPUMP® is one of the most popular workouts in the world, combining cardio and strength training. The training equipment is a barbell and discs of different weights, which when combined, create a plan that provides a proper load and develops muscle endurance, strength and general physical movement. Behind the scientifically proven effectiveness of BODYPUMP® training lies the number of repetitions of exercises. The class uses low weights, but longer sets.
