SkillBox

SkillBox is a full-body workout that combines cardio, strength training, and boxing punches. For the cardio part, you can choose whether you want to run, jog, or walk on the treadmill. The Skillrun treadmill is fully customizable according to the trainer's preferences. The strength part focuses on various full-body muscle exercises, where you choose the speed and tempo of the performance yourself. In the boxing part, variations of different punches and combos are performed on punching bags. Thanks to the wide variety of exercises, each SkillBox workout is different and varied. The workout is suitable for both beginner exercisers and active athletes.

A training towel is mandatory during training! It is mandatory to use inner gloves or boxing wraps under boxing gloves.

SkillCardio

SkillCardio training takes place in the Skill&Run studio using special TechnoGym treadmills and functional free weight training benches. The training combines cardio and strength training. For the cardio part, you can choose whether you want to run, jog or walk on the treadmill. The Skillrun treadmill is fully customizable according to the trainer's preferences. The strength part focuses on various muscle exercises that cover the whole body, where you choose the speed and tempo of the performance yourself. Thanks to the wide variation of exercises, each SkillCardio workout is different and varied. SkillCardio is suitable for both beginner exercisers and athletes involved in marathon or track and field events, for example.

BODYSTEP™

BODYSTEP™ is a highly effective, intermediate-level cardio workout that is fun yet effective. The workout primarily uses a step bench, simple step combinations, and weights and dumbbells as additional equipment. It is a step workout that ensures a decent calorie burn (up to 620 kcal per workout), toned glutes and legs, and a full-body workout.

BODYSTEP™ training focuses on rhythmic step combinations with squats and lunges that tone the lower body and compound movements such as burpees, push-ups, and weighted exercises that provide a nice tone to the entire body.

A fun, uplifting, full-body workout that's suitable for everyone, BODYSTEP™ relieves stress, improves coordination, and improves cardiovascular function.

Spinning

Spinning is a group exercise on an indoor bike accompanied by music and under the guidance of a trainer, which increases aerobic endurance. The exercise is carried out on special exercise bikes. Different riding techniques are used on the bike, both sitting and standing. Interval training develops aerobic and speed endurance and muscle strength.

The workout mainly works your glutes, thighs, and calves. You also work your abdominal and back muscles, which will help you maintain the correct riding position. The workout ends with recovery and stretching.

Thanks to the adjustable load, the workout is suitable for both men and women, and for beginners and advanced users.

BodyAttack

BODYATTACK®, part of Les Mills' concept classes, is an endurance training inspired by various athletics exercises. The class includes several different jumps, running combinations, aerobic movement patterns and strength exercises. BODYATTACK® develops speed, power and overall physical endurance.

Despite the name of the workout (Attack), all exercises are adaptable to your fitness level and how you feel. During the class, the trainer will show you both easier and more difficult variations of the exercises. One of the key factors in the workout is the powerful, energetic music that adds power and motivates you to work hard. There are no complicated step combinations in the BODYATTACK® workout.

We use the Les Mills method when conducting training, which means the same BODYATTACK® exercises and music for three months, regardless of the club, trainer, city, or even country.

BODYATTACK® is suitable for everyone, regardless of age and physical fitness. For pregnant women, we recommend consulting a doctor and trainer before exercising.
