Pilates reformer

The training is carried out on special Merrithew Reformer 8n. Reformer training is a calm pace but at the same time strongly toning training. The exercises are put together according to the name of the training. Strength training is more intense and provides greater muscle load. Flow training is a calmer pace and includes toning exercises. 60+ is suitable, as the name suggests, for people aged 60+. It is a lighter training, where the selection of exercises takes into account the specific characteristics of people of this age group and the load that is suitable for them. Thanks to the precision of the movements and different variations, the training is safe and suitable for everyone. Special rubber-soled socks must be used during training. Socks are for sale at the club administration (10€).

Reformer Flow

A slower-paced, full-body workout that builds awareness of your body's capabilities. The use of springs with varying resistance and combinations of flowing exercises promote deeper muscle engagement, while taking your body's balance and coordination to the next level. Exercises are performed slowly so that precision, control, breathing, and focus are part of every movement. Reformer Flow inspires you to develop yourself! Teaches you to feel your body's capabilities and improves posture. At the end of the workout, you will feel strong, stretched, and supported! Suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Reformer Strength

A fast-paced full-body workout that improves muscle strength and endurance, balance and flexibility. The Reformer's springs have different resistance levels to increase the intensity of the exercise, adjust and support the position, which helps to perform the movements correctly, accurately and with control. In addition, the workout uses various training equipment (dumbbells, balls, rubber bands, etc.) to provide a real challenge. Training on the Reformer adds a new level of intensity to your training plan! Suitable for both beginners and advanced users.

Reformer 60+

A slower-paced full-body workout designed for people aged 60+. The springs on the reformer have varying resistance levels to increase the intensity of the exercise and support the position, which helps you perform the movements correctly, accurately and with control. The exercises are performed slowly so that precision, control, breathing and concentration are part of each movement. The workout teaches you to feel your body's capabilities and offers challenges to exercisers of all levels! Suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic and flowing yoga practice that synchronizes movement with breathing. It is perfect for those looking for a physical challenge and want to strengthen their bodies. Vinyasa yoga is characterized by a smooth alternation of postures, where each movement is associated with an inhalation or exhalation. It creates a strong connection between the body and mind, improves body awareness and increases endurance.

Everyone is welcome to join a Vinyasa yoga class, regardless of age or previous experience. Since the practice is adaptable, everyone can find a pace and variation that suits them.

Les Mills PILATES®

Enchanting choreography, hypnotic music and the latest exercise science. This is a 45-minute mind-body workout designed to improve strength and mobility and increase happiness. Slow and easy exercises focus primarily on working the abs, glutes, back and hips. Expert guidance develops technique and control. Modern breathing exercises create innovation and bliss. Traditional Pilates meets the Les Mills experience, leaving you feeling strong, calm and happy.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a calm and meditative yoga practice that is perfect for balancing yang-type muscle training. Yin yoga is characterized by holding postures for a longer period of time, 3-5 minutes. It is a yoga that targets and affects the muscle-connective tissue, joints and tendons. The muscles are free of stress and as relaxed as possible, and in this way the stretch reaches deeper tissues.

Yin yoga can help you improve your flexibility, release excess tension and stress, and balance your nervous system through conscious and calm breathing. We use our body weight, hands, and feet as tools to create healthy and safe pressure on the desired target area. We also use various aids, such as yoga blocks, cushions, yoga straps, and blankets.

Pilates

Pilates focuses mainly on strengthening the core muscles through spinal stabilization. The focus is on the precision of various movements, smooth transitions, and controlled posture, which puts stress on the spine and core muscles. Pilates is a leisurely, yet very effective and toning workout. The glutes, thighs, abdominals, and back muscles are stressed. From time to time, various aids are also used in the workout, which make the exercises even more effective.

Thanks to the precision of the movements and the calm pace, Pilates is suitable for people of all ages, both those with a healthy physique and those with health concerns.

BodyBalance

BODYBALANCE® is a Les Mills concept class based on a combination of yoga, tai-chi and pilates exercises accompanied by calm music. The workout develops flexibility and balance, improves posture, strengthens muscles and reduces muscle tension and stress. The class ends with a guided meditation that helps to relieve stress and tension caused by everyday life.

The workouts are based on the Les Mills method, which means the same BODYBALANCE® exercises and music for three months, regardless of the club, trainer, city, or even country.

BODYBALANCE® workouts are suitable for both beginners and advanced exercisers thanks to the different levels of difficulty of the exercises.

Yoga in the sauna

Yoga sauna training takes place in a special aroma sauna, where the temperature is 70-80⁰С. The aroma sauna is located on the first floor of the women's locker room and is intended only for women.

The pleasant heat of the sauna has an immediate effect and helps to relax the body and soften the muscles while doing yoga exercises. You will feel the results from the first time. Bring comfortable and light short sports clothes (not swimwear), a larger towel for sitting under and a smaller one for wiping sweat, and definitely drinking water.

Yoga in the sauna strengthens and stretches muscles, improves spinal mobility, concentration, and sleep quality, speeds up metabolism, and relieves stress.
