Personal data controller
Reval-Sport Sports Club acts as the controller of personal data, responsible for the processing of personal data of the sports club. The controller of personal data is obliged to ensure that the sports club processes data in accordance with applicable laws.
What personal data is collected about you as a club member and why?
This section describes the purposes of processing personal data, the categories of personal data processed, and the legal bases on which your data as a member of a sports club is processed.
1) Processing orders/purchases
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Identification and age verification.
- Payment management (including analysis of payment solutions offered).
- Managing returns, complaints and warranty issues.
The categories of personal data processed are as follows:
- Name.
- Contact information (e.g. address, email address, phone number).
- Payment information (e.g. transaction reference, transaction date, membership card number).
- Personal identification number.
- Customer code.
- Payment history.
- Order information, i.e. which product was ordered or whether it needs to be delivered to a different address.
Legal basis:
Fulfillment of the purchase contract.
2) User account management
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Granting login rights.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Enabling club visit tracking.
- Manage payment history and payment options settings and information.
The categories of personal data processed are as follows:
- Name.
- Contact information (e.g. address, email address, phone number).

- Technical data about your computer, mobile phone and other devices you use, and information about the settings of these devices.
- Payment history.
- Personal identification number.

Legal basis:
Legitimate interest of club members. Processing is necessary to satisfy both your and our interests in managing your user account.
3) Marketing of products and services
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Direct marketing via email, text messages, social networks and other such electronic communication channels, as well as by post.
- For example, organizing campaigns or sending offers and event invitations to all customers, a specific consumer group, or individual customers.
The categories of personal data processed are as follows:
- Name.

- Residence.

Legal basis:
When fulfilling the club member's annual membership agreement. Data processing is necessary to enable us to fulfill the obligations set out in the loyalty program membership agreement.
Club members based on a monthly fee or for unregistered customers: legitimate interest.
For newsletter recipients and website visitors: legitimate interest.
Data processing is necessary to meet your and our interests in marketing products and services.
4) Ability to organize competitions and events and manage participation in them
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Communication with competition participants.
- Communicating with attendees before and after the event (e.g., confirming messages, questions, or ratings).
- Identification and age verification.
- Selecting winners and delivering prizes.
The categories of personal data processed are as follows:
- Name.
- Personal identification number or age.
- Contact information (e.g. address, email address, phone number).
- Details provided for participation in the competition.
- Details provided for event evaluation.

Legitimate interest. Data processing is necessary to meet your and our interests in organizing and managing competitions and events.
5) Managing service reservations (e.g. using personal shopping assistance)
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Booking, rebooking and cancellation management.
- Ability to communicate about bookings and remind you of the service.
The categories of personal data processed are as follows:
- Name.
- Contact information (email address, phone number).
- Information that you agree to provide and that allows the service provider to prepare the service.
Legal basis:
Performance of a service contract. Processing is necessary to enable us to fulfill our obligations.
6) Customer service management
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Communicating with the customer and responding to inquiries submitted to customer service by phone or through digital channels (including social networks).
- Enabling personal identification.
- Handling complaints and investigating support service (including technical support) related cases.

- Contact information (e.g. address, email address, phone number).
- Your correspondence.
- Information about the date of purchase.
- Technical data of your devices for support purposes.
- Personal identification number.

Legitimate interest. Data processing is necessary to meet your and our interests in managing customer service.
Sharing and transferring personal data
If necessary, personal data may be transferred for processing to other companies with which the sports club cooperates, for example in the fields of marketing (printing and distribution agencies, media agencies, etc.), distribution and transport, and payment solutions and IT services. If it is decided to share your personal data with the sports club's partners, this data will be processed in accordance with the sports club's instructions and on behalf of the sports club and only for purposes that are consistent with the sports club's data collection purposes.
In addition, the sports club may be legally obliged to provide data to state authorities (e.g. the police and tax authorities). The sports club may also transfer personal data to companies offering payment solutions (e.g. payment service providers and banks). In such cases, the partners process the received data as independent personal data controllers based on their privacy policies and instructions.
Storage of personal data
Data processing is in accordance with legal requirements, i.e. personal data is not stored for longer than is necessary for the processing. In practice, this means that the data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed or relevant for analysis, direct marketing or other purposes for which it was collected. We do not use purchase transaction information that is more than 3 years old for marketing purposes. Personal data is always handled with a high level of security and confidentiality.
Your rights and options
Right of access
We want to be open and transparent in the processing of your data. If you would like to receive additional information about the data we process, you have the right to request access to your data. We provide this information in the form of a so-called register (purpose, categories of personal data, categories of recipients of personal data, storage period or conditions for determining it, information about the place of collection of the data). If you submit a request for access to us, we may ask you for additional information to be sure both of what data you want to access and that we provide access to the right person.
Right to rectification
If the data concerning you is incorrect, you always have the right to request its correction. Within the framework of this goal, you also have the right to supplement any incomplete personal data. You can also change the data yourself in the sports club's customer environment.
Right to delete data
You have the right to request that we delete the data we process in the following cases:
- The data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which it was collected or processed.
- You have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the data was processed and there is no longer a legal basis for the processing.
- You do not consent to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
- Personal data is being processed illegally.
We may not be able to comply with your request for erasure if legal obligations to which we are subject prevent this. This may occur, for example, where processing is necessary to enable us to exercise our freedom of expression and information to comply with legal obligations to which we are subject or to establish, assert or defend legal claims.
