Children's Swimming Competition All Our Ducklings Stage III

Our talented little athletes participated in the III stage of All Our Ducklings. Almost all of their efforts earned personal records. The goal so far is to reach the final with many young swimmers, where the best 24, 16 or 8 children from the previous series competitions will qualify, depending on the discipline.

The younger swimmers competed Mattias Stamm, Artur Õunpuu and Hanna Kerge. Mattias had a strong performance in the 25m crawl with a time of 24,03 and the 25m backstroke with a time of 25,58. Artur was competing for the first time and despite the small obstacles he set strong first records: 50m crawl with a time of 1.04,49 and 50m breaststroke with a time of 1.05,28. Hanna Kerge was the first girl to compete, swimming the 25m crawl with a time of 32,57 and the 25m backstroke with a time of 35,87.

Children born in 2014-2015 competed girls Gloria Kirs, Anni Kaarde, Sofia Nicoletta Rendina, Sofia Han and boys Björn Henry Adamson and Mairold Madi. Similarly, we went for records and we were not disappointed, everyone set personal records. Gloria swam the 50m crawl with a time of 46,75 and the 50m breaststroke with a time of 52,58, it should be noted that the previous record was 1.08,54 so it was a decent new record and with that Gloria earned 10th place. Sofia Nicoletta also swam the 50m crawl and 50m breaststroke, crawl time 45,87 and breaststroke time 1.00,18 which are both new personal records. Sofia also swam the 50m crawl and 50m breaststroke, in crawl swimming she set a new personal record with a time of 47,13 and in breaststroke swimming 1.05,59. Anni Kaarde swam the 50m crawl with a time of 37,04, which tied for fourth place, and the 100m individual medley, which earned her 5th place in a strong fight with a time of 1.34,42.

Among the boys, Björn Henry swam the 50m crawl with a time of 47,75, which is Björn's new personal best, and the 50m breaststroke with a time of 1.15,66. Mairold also set new personal bests by swimming the 50m crawl with a time of 52,87 and the 50m breaststroke with a time of 1.19,86.

Congratulations to the athletes and we look forward to new efforts and results.
