Stage III of the All Our Ducklings Children's Swimming Competition

All Our Ducklings Stage III was accompanied by new personal records. Almost all of our club's young swimmers set new top marks. 

The competition started with the youngest swimmers, born in 2017-2018. Our club's athletes had come to test themselves. Mattias Stamm ja Hanna Light. Hanna swam the 50m crawl with a time of 55.41, which is a new personal best, and the 50m breaststroke with a time of 57.58, which is also a new and strong record. In the girls' age group, Hanna earned a strong 10th place with the breaststroke. Mattias swam the 50m crawl with a time of 41.08, which is also his new personal best, and the 50m backstroke with a time of 46.63, which earned him second place on the podium.

In the second part of the competition, swimmers born in 2015-2016 competed. Anni Kaarde, Sofia Han, Sofia Nicoletta Rendina, Iiris Rammo, Olivia Rämmal, Björn-Henry Adamson, Kaspar Haljak, Nicholas Angelopoulos. Anni had the strongest result in the 50m freestyle with a time of 34.92, earning 5th place. Anni swam the 100m individual medley with a time of 1:33.81. Sofia also swam the 50m freestyle and 100m individual medley, her new personal best for the freestyle is now 42.93 and her new personal best for the 100m individual medley is 1:52.27. Sofia Nicoletta swam the same distances, the 50m freestyle with a time of 42.19 and the 100m individual medley with a time of 1:50.32, both of which are new personal bests. Olivia swam the 50m freestyle and 50m breaststroke in the competitions. Her 50m freestyle time was 53.83 and her 50m breaststroke time was 52.91, the latter setting a new and strong record. Among the girls born in 2016, Iiris swam new personal records in both distances, Iiris swam the 50m freestyle in 46.82 and the 100m individual medley in 1:58.36.

All three boys swam the same distances: 50m freestyle and 50m breaststroke. Björn-Henry swam the 50m freestyle in 42.29 and the 50m breaststroke in 1:07.35, both new personal bests. Nicholas swam the 50m freestyle in 43.10 and the 50m breaststroke in 59.33. Kaspar swam the same distances, 50m freestyle in 50.74 and 50m breaststroke in 1:00.56.
