Give your friend, partner or family member a healthy and emotionally satisfying gift and invite them to personal training. Until the end of December, personal training for two is available at a special price of €30 (regular price €60).

Personal trainer:

• a training plan specially developed for you;
• devoted only to You;
• helps to motivate;
• chooses suitable exercises and the right loads;
• teaches and monitors the performance technique of the exercises.
