Three gold medals in classical powerlifting at the Estonian National Championships
The Estonian World Championships in classical powerlifting took place in Tartu over the weekend.
Reval powerlifters won 3 gold medals. In the women's category, the winner was in the -63kg weight category. Hedi Haug, in the men's weight category -74kg, won Karl Michael Valk and in the men's 120+ kilo weight category, he won Gert Koovit. In addition, he received a silver medal Martin Vahtramäe and bronze Tarmo Parna.
The men from Reval were third in the team standings.
