Children's and youth sports groups for the 2026/27 season are open for registration. OPEN!

CALISTHENICS

Calisthenics is a versatile and challenging sport that develops strength, flexibility and body control. In training, we focus on general physical preparation, coordination, balance and teach exciting gymnastic skills. Children can get acquainted with the exciting world of bodyweight exercises and master basic calisthenics exercises (handstands, push-ups, squats, leg lifts, planks, etc.), which develop the child's body as a whole.

Age: Girls and boys in grades 1-7

THAI BOXING

The trainings are built on the basic elements of Muay Thai. The goal of the trainings is to introduce young people to exercise and turn exercise into a lifestyle. We improve the physical fitness of young people based on individual development. Young people learn to train systematically and acquire the correct technique when performing exercises.

Age: Children and young people aged 7-16

GYM

The training takes into account the wishes and goals of the young people (who wants to get stronger, who wants to develop their general physical endurance, who wants to develop their muscle tone, etc.). We improve the physical fitness of the young people based on individual development. The young people learn to train systematically and acquire the correct technique when performing the exercises. The training lasts 1 - 1,5 hours and includes warm-up, training and stretching/relaxation. On Fridays, you can also visit the water center and spa for an independent training day.

Age: 14-19 years old girls and young men

HIIT & Boxing for GIRLS

The goal is to emphasize the development of spiritual awareness in addition to physical health. Every month, an expert in their field visits our group and introduces various topics such as nutrition, meditation, breathing practices, self-love, etc. In summary, we focus on all important aspects of the foundation of a healthy person's life. Each topic is passionately guided by a carefully selected person, in whose life these practices play a major role and who has in-depth knowledge of the given topic.

Age: 14-17 year old girls

SWIMMING COURSES

  • The purpose of the beginners group is to learn to swim as follows: face underwater, head underwater, diving to the bottom, floating underwater, floating on the surface of the water, maintaining balance, jumping into the water.
  • Advanced group When choosing, we ask parents to consider our swimming course curriculum. When registering for the advanced group, a child aged 5-6 must meet LEVEL 1 and aged 6+ must meet LEVEL 2.
  • The goal of the hobby group is to keep children and young people moving regularly. The group is intended for children who have completed the advanced group and want to further develop their abilities. The minimum requirement is the ability to swim crawl and backstroke.

SWIMMING COMPETITION GROUP

The prerequisites for joining the group are a desire to compete, regular attendance (except for illness and other unforeseen special circumstances), participation in training camps, and a previously acquired advanced level. The training focuses primarily on learning the four basic swimming styles and practicing starts and turns. In addition to swimming training in the pool, ÜKE training also takes place in the hall.
