We are looking for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN to join our team.
The construction of our brand new Vaikse Spa is in full swing and the grand opening will take place this spring!
Due to expansion, we are looking for technical and practical skills for our maintenance team. maintenance technician (2 jobs), whose task is to ensure the daily operation and maintenance of the technical systems of the sports and aquatic center and the building.
The work is based on a schedule, including evenings and weekends. The work is diverse and requires a willingness to take on different tasks according to skills and competence.
- Technical systems of the sports and water center daily maintenance and simple repairs according to skills and competence (ventilation, heating, water, electricity, communications)
- Water center pool equipment daily maintenance
- Maintenance and repair of gym and other sports equipment
- Various general construction and maintenance work in the building
- Failure prevention and operational resolution
Expectations for the candidate
- Want to do your job correctly, with high quality and responsibly
- Willingness to resolve unforeseen situations
- Technical acumen and practical thinking
- Willingness to work according to schedule (including evenings and weekends)
- Independent working skills and willingness to cooperate
- Previous experience in maintenance, engineering or construction is an advantage
- It will be useful technical or construction vocational education
