ERGOMETRY TRIATHLON

Sports club Reval-Sport ergometer TRIATHLON.

November 18th starting at 11:00

This is a combination of indoor competitions of well-known sports, which has never been done before. The competition, consisting of three stages, would combine cranking skills on a wattbike, pulling skills on a ski ergometer, and rowing skills on a rowing ergometer, thus encompassing the entire body. 

Amateurs are welcome to participate.

Competition areas:

Phase I: wattbike 10 minutes
Phase II: ski ergometer 5 minutes
Phase III: rowing ergometer 5 minutes

Instruction:

• All three areas are performed consecutively, with 5 minutes to change between each area.
• After registration, a draw will be made and the starting order will be sent to registrants.
• The distances in each area are added up and the ranking is based on mileage.

Age groups:

• Young people up to 17 years old also
• Basic class 18-39 years
• Vet I over 40 years
• The calculation for women and men is separate.

Registration: Registration is open until November 12th, by e-mail: triathlon@revalsport.ee, indicating the age group and name.

Participation fee: Free for members of the Reval-Sport sports club, to others 10€.

The top three in each age group will be awarded.
After the competition, you can relax at the water park :)
