Booking instructions

The maximum number of bookings per day is 2 and a total of 5 training sessions per week. This means that once a booking has been used (training ticket has been withdrawn), a new booking can be made immediately. Bookings can be cancelled in the customer environment (online) and by phone. Reservations can be made no later than 1 hour before the start of the training and canceled no later than 2 hours before the start of the training. You cannot register for group training sessions with single-use passes, and you can participate in group training sessions if there are available spots. If the number of spots is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list. When a spot becomes available, you will be notified via text message.

Online

A loyalty program has been created for online bookings. You can access the loyalty program from our website www.revalsport.ee
The regular customer login environment is located in the upper right corner of the homepage. Your username and password will be sent to your email. If this is not sent, you will receive the information from the administrator.
To book a place in a group training session that suits you, go to the class schedule page. Find the class you want in the class schedule. Once you have found the class you want to book, click on it (bodyjam, bodypump, revaljump, etc.). Make sure you are on the right date and day of the week.
A page will open showing the time and date of the training session you selected, and the name of the trainer conducting the training session.
Total places indicates the number of people allowed to take the class. Registered shows how many people have currently registered for the class.
To book a place for the training of your choice, click BOOK TRAINING. You have successfully registered for the training!

By phone

To book a place for a training session by phone, you need to call 6 412 068. Let the administrator know which training session you would like to attend, on what day and at what time. The administrator will tell you whether there is a place for the training session you have requested or not. If there are free places, the administrator will confirm your booking. You have successfully registered for the training session!

On site at the club

On-site bookings are possible at the administration and information kiosk. The information kiosk is located immediately to the left as you enter the turnstile. Booking for training at the information kiosk is done in the same way as in the regular customer environment.

What if I can't or don't have time to make a reservation?

If you cannot/do not make a reservation for the desired training session, it does not mean that you will not be able to attend the class. All reservations made for any training session will be canceled by the system 7 minutes before the start of the training session. If someone who has booked themselves into the training session does not show up or does not arrive 7 minutes before the start of the class to pick up the check-in sheet from the information kiosk (the check-in sheet must be given to the trainer before the start of the training session), you can pick up the check-in sheet from the information kiosk and still go to the training session. If someone who made the reservation does not show up, you should choose another training session from our training plan. The selection is very diverse. Everyone should find something they like.

No-show for booked training

If you do not show up for a booked training session twice, you will be automatically banned from booking for the next two weeks. This means that you will not be able to book yourself into any group training sessions for two weeks. You can make bookings again after 2 days have passed.
The reservation ban does not mean that you cannot participate in the training. Based on a live queue, you can issue yourself a training ticket from the information kiosk or administration immediately before the start of the training, if there are free places.

When is the reservation made?

Once the reservation has been made and the training day arrives, it is your responsibility to come to the club and pick up your training ticket from the information kiosk NO LATER than 7 minutes before the start of your booked training.
To redeem your training ticket, you need to fix your chip in the chip card reader on the right side of the information kiosk. The screen will display the text: “Do you want to confirm your reservation?” Press “yes” on the touchscreen and the printer will issue a training ticket.
The training ticket must be given to the trainer before the start of the training. Without it, the trainer is obliged to not allow you to the class.

Cancelling a booking?

You can cancel your reservation in the loyalty program and by phone. Call 6 412 068 and tell us your name and the training you signed up for. You can view your reservations in the loyalty program under My Reservations. You can also delete your reservation. You can cancel your reservation no later than 2 hours before the start of the training.
