    I have over 11 years of coaching experience and am active on many fronts, guiding both gym and group training sessions.

    Movement and exercise have always been an integral part of my life. At the same time, I understand that for many it does not come so easily and naturally. My driving force as a trainer is the client, whose life and habits I can positively influence. Collaboration with the client begins with mapping the current situation and setting short- and long-term goals.

    I and my approach to coaching are characterized by looking at the person as a whole, empathy, technical precision and purposefulness. I help my clients discover and build a sustainable, healthy and positive relationship with their bodies and find ways to fit training and a balanced diet into their daily lives. I do not believe in extremes, but in the fact that nutrition and training should be safe, yet diverse and, in the case of training, progressive over time.

    I also believe that mental health is just as important as physical health, and my mission as a coach is to guide people to find a middle ground and a working relationship between the two. In my own work, I see that we as humans tend to seriously underestimate our physical abilities, and I find it very important to show my clients what they are actually capable of. I know the power of conscious and consistent training when it becomes a habit. However, achieving the desired results is a shared responsibility between the coach and the trainee. I can help get started, provide the necessary knowledge and skills. I expect my clients to be willing to commit and work hard to achieve their goals.

    My mottos as a coach are LESS IS MORE and KEEP IT SIMPLE, meaning finding and implementing optimal loads while maintaining ease, enjoyment, and the joy of doing things. I am also very eager to learn and try to constantly improve myself as a coach.
