This is the ability to manage our time. This is a vision and a dream of how we want to see ourselves, how we actively perceive this world and how we will accept old age in a healthy way!
We have the opportunity to shape our bodies. We cannot buy or borrow them. The same applies to health, mental and physical balance, and self-confidence.
