    I have been training in the gym for over 11 years now. The last 9 years at Reval-Sport sports club. It is important for me to keep myself in good shape both physically and mentally. That is why I stay active all year round, train regularly in the gym and eat healthy. I specialize as a gym and powerlifting trainer.

    I was motivated to study to become a coach by my personal experience of performing exercises with incorrect technique. I want to pass on the necessary knowledge and skills to my trainees to prevent injuries and to emphasize correct technique when starting strength training. Among other things, I have achieved the 57nd prize in the Estonian MV classic bench press (in the weight category up to 2 kg).
